Lion Heating knows you will have lots of questions about our products and services when we come and visit you. Until then, our frequently asked questions are answered below.

What are your opening hours?

Our office hours are 9am – 5pm. Jobs and quotes are actioned during engineers working hours of 8-5pm.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, cheque, cash, credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and debit cards are all accepted.

What time should I expect an engineer?

When booking, you will be given the option of an AM (8-12) or PM (1-5) slot. This allows engineers to plan their day better and reduce our carbon footprint.

Why do I need to service my boiler?

It is vital that any gas appliances are inspected or serviced annually to ensure their safe functioning. Boilers are a lot more susceptible to faults due to their complexity and many moving parts. Spotting issues early can potentially save larger repairs later on.
Many manufacturers offer warranty on modern boilers*, but often stipulate that the boiler must be serviced annually to maintain the warranty.

I used Karl because my previous plumber was too busy. My previous plumber was conscientious and courteous, but Karl was even better! He was just that little bit more professional, thorough and tidy, and left my kitchen sink exactly how he found it, but with a tap that worked!
